Limited-Time Courtesy Conversion
Your Marquee Rewards Still Count
Your loyalty to the Capitol should not be lost.
As a one-time courtesy, the Capitol Theatre will honor eligible, unused points earned through Cleveland Cinemas’ Marquee Rewards before July 31, 2026. Conversions will be granted only until December 31, 2026.
Guests may request that their verified remaining Marquee Rewards balance be converted into their new Capitol Club account during the introductory conversion period.
Converted points will retain at least the same reward value they carried under Marquee Rewards—never less.
Eligible, unexpired rewards already issued through Marquee Rewards may also be honored or exchanged for a comparable Capitol Club reward.
To request a conversion, members may be asked to provide:
- Their Marquee Rewards card or account number
- The email address or phone number associated with the account
- A screenshot, receipt, or other documentation showing the remaining balance
Only one courtesy conversion may be completed per member. Additional instructions and the conversion deadline will be announced by the Capitol Theatre.

The Capitol Theatre’s $6 Monday and Tuesday ticket pricing will be available exclusively to Capitol Club members.
Members may purchase up to four $6 tickets per eligible performance, making it easy to share Capitol Club pricing with friends and family attending with them.

Special events, private presentations, film festivals, select engagements, and other specially priced programs may be excluded.

Capitol Club Program Terms
Capitol Club membership is free. Members must identify their account before completing an in-person transaction or be signed in when purchasing online to receive points. Points generally cannot be added after a transaction unless the member provides a qualifying receipt within the period established by the Capitol Theatre.
Points and rewards have no cash value, are nontransferable, and may not be sold or combined between accounts. Points are awarded on eligible purchases after discounts and before taxes and fees. Gift cards, memberships, alcoholic beverages, service charges, ticketing fees, private rentals, group sales, donations, refunded purchases, and select special events may be excluded.
Complimentary tickets are valid for eligible regular-format screenings and may be subject to restrictions, capacity limits, or additional charges for premium presentations and specially priced engagements.
The Capitol Theatre may substitute a reward with one of equal or greater value. Program benefits, earning rules, reward levels, and participating purchases may be modified when necessary, but any changes will be communicated to members.
Abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or unauthorized use may result in the cancellation of points, rewards, or membership. Additional terms may apply.
